Library Visits Duane teaching in a Library

A library visit is a unique opportunity to bring cartooning to the entire community. A cartooning library visit is more than a meet-the-author session; it's a lively discussion of cartooning techniques and a fun draw-along demonstration. Library visits are usually held after school or on weekends and flyer masters are provided for duplication and distribution to the community. Duane or Angie will captivate the audience with examples of cartooning and answer questions about how cartoons are created and share their experience in running a successful cartooning studio. Pencils and paper make the visit into a cartooning mini-class as cool characters are drawn by kids and grown-ups alike.

Following the presentation and drawing session, a book signing session is held with copies of CARTOONING BASICS available for purchase.

In addition to the presentation, drawing lesson, and book signing, an autographed copy of CARTOONING BASICS is given to each library.

Library visit fees start at $200 per session, please contact us with your specific needs.
